Experience and background

Eugenia began practicing yoga in 2004 while studying contemporary dance in Scotland. She then trained with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in Spain and, in 2006, began organizing yoga retreats in Sfakia, Crete.

In 2012, she received her Iyengar yoga teaching certification and has since continued to deepen her practice through ongoing study with experienced teachers. She is currently based between Athens, Crete, and Rhodes.

Alongside her work in yoga, Eugenia has a background in psychology, which informs her attentive, individual approach to teaching.
