How Kristina teaches
Kristina teaches Iyengar yoga with clarity, attentiveness, and care. Her classes are grounded in precision and patience, allowing students to move step by step into deeper awareness of both body and mind. She supports each practitioner in exploring postures safely, encouraging presence, curiosity, and self-observation rather than performance.
Her teaching invites students to slow down, refine their attention, and experience yoga as a process of alignment — not only physically, but inwardly.
