“Finding balance through emotional integrity and mindfulness.”
How Nikos works with people
Nikos joined the YogaOnCrete family in 2018 and quickly became an essential part of the space through his warm, friendly, and grounded presence.
He is a person-centred Focusing psychotherapist, working with people in a way that prioritises listening, safety, and gentle self-inquiry. Furthermore, he facilitates therapy groups on themes centering on self-awareness. Recognizing the lack of a self-care culture specifically for men, he has a deep interest in offering retreats specifically for men.
