Accommodation
Our lovely YogaOnCrete house in Southern Crete, is more than a place to sleep. It is a lived-in home, shaped by family life, care, and a deep respect for the surrounding land.
“In order to feel at home inside oneself, one has to feel at home within their surroundings. Being at the house, that homely feel and a sense of being looked after is a big part of the experience here.”
— Kathryn, UK, 2026 retreat participant

The serene and welcoming atmosphere has been shaped over time by our attention to beauty, care for our guests, and respect for the natural elements and rhythms. The house offers comfort and privacy without formality, allowing guests to settle in, slow down, and feel at ease.

The house and shared spaces
YogaOnCrete is a traditional stone house, shaped over time to support quiet living, shared rhythms, and individual rest, boasting simple yet comfortable charm. Rooms are arranged to offer both privacy and connection.
Balconies, shared terraces, and outdoor spaces allow guests to find their own rhythm — whether that means time alone, gentle conversation, or rest between practices. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a rustic indoor dining space, and outdoor tables shaded by olive and mulberry trees, where meals naturally unfold.
The front garden blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, while a small olive grove at the back of the house offers a quiet place to pause. Wireless internet is available in the communal spaces and rooms, while we encourage you to be mindful o the use of electronics.
At dusk, the terrace becomes a natural gathering place — to watch the sun set behind the mountains and the light fade over the sea.
Everything in the house is designed to support presence, ease, and a sense of belonging.
