Booking Policy
This page outlines our booking process, payment terms, and cancellation policy.
Please read it carefully before confirming your participation in any YogaOnCrete retreat or course.
Booking Process
To make a booking, please complete our booking or contact form.
Once availability has been confirmed, your place can be reserved upon receipt of a €400 deposit per person.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent by YogaOnCrete.
The deposit forms part of the total retreat price and is non-refundable except in the situations described in this policy.
Payment
A €400 deposit per participant is required to secure your place once availability has been confirmed.
The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before arrival, if arranged online, or else in cash or by credit card upon arrival, as agreed in writing.
Payment instructions will be shared once your booking has been accepted.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the release of your reserved place.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods for the initial deposit:

Bank wire transfer to a Greek or UK bank account

Wise
For the remaining payment, once the deposit has been remitted, the following methods can also be used on site:

Cash

Details for the selected payment method will be provided after booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy (Participant)
We understand that plans may change. The following cancellation terms apply.
Cancellations up to 5 weeks before the course start date
A full refund will be issued, minus a €70 administration fee.
Transfer to another course
Up to 5 weeks before the start date, participants may transfer their booking to a later course in 2026 or 2027, subject to availability and without additional charge.
If a transfer is made, the existing deposit will be applied to the new booking, and the cancellation terms will apply to the new course date.
Cancellations less than 5 weeks before the course start date
A refund (minus the €70 administration fee) will be issued only if the participant’s place can be filled by another participant.
If the place cannot be filled, no refund will be possible.
Changes or Cancellation by YogaOnCrete
YogaOnCrete reserves the right to cancel a workshop or retreat, or to change the teacher, if necessary.
In such cases:

We will make every reasonable effort to keep the programme content intact or as close to the original as possible.

Wherever feasible, participants will be informed at least two weeks before the course start date.

If the course is cancelled, all deposits and payments made to YogaOnCrete will be fully refunded.
YogaOnCrete cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including (but not limited to):

travel expenses
-
accommodation outside the retreat
-
exchange rate differences
Participation and Personal Responsibility
By booking a retreat or course, participants confirm that they take responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being during the event.
Yoga, movement practices, and retreat activities involve physical and personal engagement. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in suitable health to participate in the activities offered.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your participation, you should consult an appropriate health professional before attending.
Participants are encouraged to inform the organiser of any relevant health conditions that may require consideration during the retreat.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
YogaOnCrete cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
These may include, but are not limited to:

natural events or extreme weather

travel disruptions
-
government restrictions or public health measures
-
serious illness
-
other unforeseen events affecting the safe operation of the retreat
In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative arrangements where possible.
Travel and Insurance
Flights, transfers, and personal travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participant.
We strongly recommend that all participants arrange appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, health, and travel disruptions.

Governing Law
These booking terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes arising in connection with a booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Greece.
