About this retreat

This is a week for men ready to step back from the pressures of work, performance, and the roles that modern life expects us to play. A quiet space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what actually matters.

Each morning begins with Iyengar yoga led by Eugenia, adapted to the male body and focused on strength, mobility, and steadiness. In the evening, group sessions are professionally facilitated by two psychotherapists – Nikos and Nikolaos – creating space for honest reflection and real conversation, without pressure or performance.

Between sessions: swims in cool turquoise waters, walks through unspoilt landscapes, shared meals, and time to rest. Held with care, depth, and professionalism.

Come as you are. Leave with clarity, useful tools for living with more ease and contentment, and a renewed sense of direction — inside and out.

Is this the right retreat for you?

You're ready to step back

  • You feel the pressure of constantly performing – at work, in relationships, in life. You want a week to step away from those demands.

You value clear structure

  • You appreciate a retreat with a clear daily rhythm and professional facilitation – not improvised group circles or ideology.

You want to reconnect

  • You want to listen more closely to your own experience, your body, and what matters to you – without pressure to perform.

You seek depth, not intensity

  • You’re not looking for a breakthrough weekend or warrior camp. You want meaningful reflection and real conversation in a calm setting.
